Sunday, May 26, 2013 - Aromas of lemon, green apple and pear. Green apple, lemon cake, spice on a long creamy finish. This wine is complex with a full fruit profile on a toasty finish. A balanced wine creamy and smooth with no rough edges. Easily the best sparkling wine I have had.
