Saturday, October 24, 2015 - Popped and poured. Very closed down for the first 30 minutes. It opened up slowly there were dark fruit notes blueberry, bright plum but also a lot of green, brambly notes. The finish is still a bit hard and earthy/dusty. It opened slowly over two hours, and the fruit bloomed and the harshness of the tannins receded. The green/dusty tinge remained.

I am bewildered by this wine, the tannin structure suggests to continue to wait. On the other hand, I can't tell where this is going.
