Sunday, September 20, 2015 - Northern Rhone in style, cedar, strawberry, ham, oily texture. This is very good by itself but won't be good against other wines due to style.

10/1/2015 9:47:00 AM - A couple of reasons, the style and flavor has fairly good extraction but it's not a fruit bomb or extremely meaty like other highly rated Syrah's almost a bit light. Also I've had this wine in lineups before (other vintages) and it showed terrible. If this is in a lineup of similar structured wines it would probably hold up.
