Tuesday, February 25, 2014 - Had this at Palme D'or with their tasting menu. On the AFWE side of the spectrum ;) Cherries, a hint of cola, some herbs on the nose. Young feeling palate all coiled up and with lots of acidity. The fruit is barely evident with some crunchy berry and citrus hints. Over the meal ir revealed some warmer, redder fruit but it just needs time. Not bad.
