Thursday, August 20, 2015 - Anniversary celebration at Fearrington. Given 3 hours of decanting time and this seemed to be the sweet spot for this bottle. Very dark ruby in the glass. Very balanced between fruit and tannic structure. Notes of dark chocolate, kirsch, sous-bois and Rainier cherries. A very glyceral mouthfeel. Long finish. Incredible! 50+15+15+10+10=100
