Thursday, January 19, 2006 - St. Émilion (and Pomerol) offline at Kaspar's (Seattle, WA): Much tougher to evaluate and enjoy than the 1999 right now. Reticent nose although with a riper profile. Nice mineral, chocolate and smoke on the very tight palate. Very closed. Hands off.
