Tuesday, May 23, 2006 - Soft and uneventful on the first and second nites. Opened up on the third nite. Nice aroma, full bodied, but just a bit acidic. While this is a very young wine, it drinks reasonably well now. Time will soften this up a bit and then the wine will see its full potential. I enjoyed this.
