Sunday, February 4, 2018 - Touch of brett on this wine which I know some people love but tastes a bit like cosmetics to me which is a bit off putting. That aside, beautiful wine, aging wonderfully, nice mix of primary, secondary and tertiary and a soft, supple finish. Worked well with charcuterie, cheese and baguette. If the wine didn't have that touch of brett it would have been amazing. I have friends that love that though... Decanted for 2 hrs, drank over 2, hit it's peak about 3 hours after opening.
