Sunday, March 27, 2022 - Decanted before dinner and outstanding. Still quite dark, tannin mostly resolved and balanced ripe dark fruits. Wine got progressively better as dinner went on. Corked and put in fridge and finished 2 nights later when the wine never really sang or expressed itself and was more acidic/sour. Pairing with food was fine but just not there. Should have finished it off night 1
