Thursday, November 25, 2010 - I gave this wine to my brother for his wedding in 1997, and to repay the favor, he brought it to our house to share on Thanksgiving. Wow. What an incredible wine. A great flavor profile. Banana oil, some noble rot, and the perfect balance of sugar and cinnamon. This was an incredible wine that will remain in my mind as one of the very best sauternes I've been lucky enough to enjoy.
