Friday, July 20, 2012 - Fresh peaches, apricot, chamomile, nutmeg and spices. Beautifully balanced on a knife's edge. Less sweet than other vintages previously tasted. Floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee. A real pleasure to taste this.
