Saturday, February 3, 2007 - Y2 day in the Librije, Zwolle, Netherlands. (Yquem tasting) (De Librije, Zwolle, Netherlands.): Light golden. A little backward in the nose after all these nicely developed Yquems. On the palate enormously concentrated pineapple and a lot of other tastes; e.g. almonds, bitterness, marzipan, apples. A very long aftertaste and a delicious wine!
