Sunday, August 20, 2023 - Cedar infused happiness. This 2000 is just now hitting its stride. Perfectly stored and ready to drink now from a pop n pour night with Gino’s deep dish Chicago pizza this really was fun to drink. Besides a textbook cedar, this has gobs of tobacco and hints of classic lead pencil with soft tannin and a firm, long finish.
