Thursday, August 13, 2015 - Medium(-) lemon, viscous medium @13.5% abv. Medium aromas of lemon zest, stone fruits and mango. Medium dry, medium(+)-high acidity, medium(+) alcohol and medium body. Medium flavors of lemon, mangosteen, lychee, yellow plum, and white pepper. Viscous, almost syrupy texture, good balance between alcohol-acidity-fruit flavors. Good length with focussed sweet-spicy finish. Excellent with asian food.
