Medium+ bq w dark fruit, toasted oak, pepper, smoked meat, stone dust. Extremely well-balanced wine with acidity, fruit and tannins very well integrated. 45 second aftertaste, hints of sour cherries. We doubt it will get any better with age - it is now very silky and polished, a bit Burgundian. Lacks a bit of power for the top marks.
