Saturday, October 28, 2006 - Drank at Devon with pepper crusted ahi tuna and vegetable risotto. This is drinking beautifully even for a young cab. Start to finish it's velvety smooth with black fruit. Tannins are fine but it finishes a little short. Should continue to age beautifully.
