Thursday, November 30, 2017 - Black olives on the nose. Black cherry, olive tapenade, and notes of bacon, dill, and green pepper on the medium to long finish, with good acidity. This evolved over a few hours, with the green pepper notes fading. Excellent, but only an average to good value at about $80.
