The Full bodied feel is balanced and polished with crisp, medium+ acidity and resolved, Medium tannins. This is drinking beautifully and feels like it's right in the window. This is able to show a deft and slightly refined side while still showing off rich and bolder tones. It's wines like this that consistently make me a fan of Cayuse.
