Tuesday, February 1, 2011 - Excellent treat! On the pop and pour obviously a little young and very harsh overpowering chalky oak taste. After a double Venturi and 3 1/2 hour decant this wine was a entirely new animal. Licorice,chocolate,jam..smooth and supple. Flavors indescribable bounced all around the mouth! As we finished our filets and broke out the dark chocolate and the wine was In it's 5th hour, once again tasted like an entirely new wine...loved it!
