Saturday, November 10, 2012 - Had this wine alongside '02, '05, '07 and '08 Insignias. After 6hours in the decanter. Splitting hairs really, but this Insignia displayed the roughest tannins of the bunch. The profiles on all the wines was very consistent. Notes of blackberry, cassis and some spice. Rich fruit in the mouth, consistent with the nose. This needs more time in the bottle.
