Thursday, July 17, 2014 - Dark purple hue w/ bright purple rim. Nose of dark berry, currants/cassis, spicy berry and graphite. Big, bold but elegant and becoming harmonious and well integrated. Soft and silky on the front w/ racy and tightly wound tannins on the mid palate and finish. Wild dark berries, currants, spice / heat leading to a developing long finish that will get better with 5 - 10+ years.
