Thursday, June 25, 2015 - Kicking off a week of anniversary celebrations: Pop and pour. Ethereal aged Burgundy floral nose filled the room. The color was dark ruby with hints of orange. On the palate there were significant tannins and sweet oak with rustic dark cherry and a hint of cinnamon. After about an hour iron and blood notes emerge. Pretty finish by the end of the bottle.
