Friday, March 5, 2010 - Whoa, what have we got here!? Brick color with a gorgeously complex nose displaying leather, roasted herbs, tobacco, meat, iron and beef bouillon...constantly evolving. Silky texture and very well-balanced. Flavors of iron, sour cherries, sous bois and beef blood. Long finish. So impressive.
