Monday, May 8, 2017 - Excellent representation of a Pinotage. Needs about an hour to really open. Typical South African terroir. Soft tannins and pronounced fruit. Paired well with outdoor grilled swordfish and eggplant. Much better than we expected from a wine at this price.
