Wednesday, November 16, 2022 - This is a lovely wine. Drank an hour after opening with a burger. Phenomenal combination! The tannic structure held up beautifully with the umami of the beef. Even better, we drank the other half of the bottle the next night with seared halibut. The tannins had softened and the bright subtle berry flavors came through. Enjoy!
