Monday, February 18, 2013 - Loads of cedar and blackberry on the nose. Deep, rich flavors of blackberry and vanilla on the palate. Smooth tannins, with a bit of acidity to finish. Drinking really well now, and a great pairing with thin-crust NY-style pizza.
