Friday, May 17, 2013 - This has evolved to a better place since I lasted tasted it. Its sweet, layered, very textured and opulent. The nose is sweet like treacle, with a hint of cinnamon. It's a little brash on the palette, but it is a 2010. I'm baby-snatching, but I don't care. I think what makes this wine is the cabernet franc (a varietal that I normal run away from).
If possible, put this wine down for 3 years. Your patience will be rewarded handsomely, I'm sure.
