Tuesday, May 5, 2020 - Needed over an hour to open and smooth out. Grainy tannins at first. A tanginess of red and black fruits that would have led me to a ripe but still acidic zinfandel in the blend, but that was just the combo of syrah and cab franc in this bordeaux blend.
