Saturday, February 11, 2023 - Drinking nicely, more impressive aromatics than palate. Smells like aged St. Emilion / Pomerol - luscious cigar box aromatics of tobacco, wood, spice. Palate tends towards stewed red/black fruits, medium low acidity, some wood influence, fairly soft tannins, not a lot of tension.
