Friday, June 19, 2015 - Decanted for about an hour and drink over the next 2 hours.
Intense dark inky red with purple hue. Showing aromas of blackberry, dark plum, spice, roasted coffee, toasty oak and hints of pepper.
Fresh and good medium+ bodied, exhibits blackberry, dark cherry and spice. Still prominence oak with flavours of coconut and vanilla oak. Some structure and it has got enough acidity to lift the weight. Long finish with spicy notes and roasted coffee. Good QPR and Bin 28 remains the benchmark for mid-price range Aussie Shiraz.
