Saturday, April 17, 2021 - Most red wines would be a good match with flank steak, roast potatoes, blue cheese butter and chimichurri, which is what we had. No surprise there.

On the back label it was recommended to pair the wine with game and red meat (obviously), but also with chocolate. So we tried that after dinner, and it was sensational. The sweetness of the chocolate made the cherry notes in the wine really come forward. Try it!
