Tuesday, December 10, 2013 - Colour: Garnet, transparent red
Nose: Red currant, raspberry, red cherry alongside crushed rocks, a bit of mint, pepper and licorice.
Palate: Silky mouthfeel, integrated tannins, spicy. Medium-bodied with just a hint of a nice bitterness on the back end. Potential to cellar some more years.
