Monday, July 11, 2011 - Always fantastic to open such a big bottle, and always interesting to find out how the wine have evolved. Wine was well balanced, and had a lot of finesse. No doubt that this bottle could have been kept for another 15-20 years without going down. Salute to Mr. Merino
