Sunday, July 29, 2018 - No notes other than it was the hit of the evening and a bummer it wasn't a 3 ltr botttle! LOL Remembering complex and yet balanced richness that held up to and complimented a fantastic grilled Chilean sea bass with a caramelized shallots & herbal butter cream sauce.
