Tuesday, February 12, 2013 - More medium bodied but still showing that huge acid that all young Chablis have (but particularly the Christian Moreau wines). I don't see these wines as needing as much time as the '10s but I like the quality better in the previous year. White fruit, salt, minerals, melon.
