Friday, May 2, 2014 - This is quite a restrained and elegant chablis - it needs time to open up and may benefit from another year or two in the bottle. The nose is white flowers and pear. Pear, lemon and distinct minerality make up a very elegant and finessed palate. The finish is medium long. Give it air or time.
