Sunday, January 26, 2014 - Chefs Table @ Restaurant Callas , The Hague: Very intens nose with spices and earth. Some green elements fading nicely into the deep and complex palate. With nuances of earth, game and smoke all wrapped in a powerful muscular finish. Due to the vintage a good but not great RSV!
