Friday, November 5, 2021 - Whilst undeniably White Burgundy, the oak treatment here seemed a little overt. At 13% ABV, it felt like all the dials were turned up to 11. Maybe with time this will settle down, but ephemeral and integrated it is not. I will report back after opening my last bottle.
