Sunday, December 9, 2012 - It has a fantastic nose and initial taste of cherry, chocolate, and carmel. This wine reminds me of one of my favorite Australian Shiraz (Elderton Command). It is a little soft, but has an amazingly long finish. Interestingly, it is great right out of the bottle, although it improves a little over the first hour or so. i think this will likely be a wine that won't cellar that well. It may improve for a couple of years, but I would not wait too long. It really is a tremendous bargain in a wine you can enjoy right now!
