Thursday, October 24, 2013 - This wine is till way too young to consume. It was still pretty much fruit driven on day 1. On day 3 the secondary emerges and it was pretty enjoyable. Cinnamon for example, appears along with some blackcurrents. Some oak too. Lots of air if you want to drink now.
