2010 Scotchmans Hill Shiraz Swan Bay

Community Tasting Note

Likes this wine:

Wednesday, June 3, 2020 - Deep ruby colour.
Medium+ intensity on the nose, with aromas of black currant, black pepper, jamminess, charred wood, cooked blackberry and leather. It’s developed but still shows some primary flavours.
On the palate it’s full bodied with high acid, alcohol and tannins. It has medium+ flavour intensity showing dark cherry, black currant and cooked blackberry and tobacco.
Overall a good wine. It can be drunk now and while developed will last another 3-5yrs.
