Wednesday, April 9, 2014 - Local Food & Spanish Wine Pairing (Top Wines): Appearance is clear, deep intensity, purple going to ruby colour.
Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with aromas of vanilla oak and licorice.
On the palate, medium acidity, smooth fine tannins, full body, medium+ finish. Flavours of milk, dark plums, blackberries. Nothing too complex here.
Drinking well now already.
