Sunday, August 18, 2013 - Deep ruby with a tinge of brown on the edge. Nose of peaches, chocolate, herbs and the ocean. First notes are a bit tannic with a transition to leather, earth, toast and a hint of strawberry. Glycerine and a bit astringent. Wine opened up. Keeping a little for tomorrow to see if it continues to evolve, which I suspect it will.
