Thursday, March 2, 2023 - The one with Sexy Tapas (Kolabo): Showing quite ready and nicely today! Pop and poured, opened with straw, melon, jasmine, pepper and toasted sesame. Palate reflected lemon oil, yellow peaches, sudachi with wet grass. Drinking superbly today and I expect to remain for some years if the curse of premox strays away.
