Tuesday, September 18, 2018 - Second bottle, color and palate was completely different than the first, stored in exactly the same circumstances. First was much darker. Could this be variation due to screw top? Pretty surprising how different it is. Second bottle was lighter on it's feet, lighter color, still had some freshness, good acidity and citrus fruit, but definitely on the decline. I would drink up and hope for the best.
