Sunday, January 4, 2015 - UNP. A little spritzy to start but blew off. Color straw. Nose w apple pear and lychee. Swishing shows dense acid but spatlese (I think) sweetness that balances well leading to a tart apple pretty lengthy finish. Sipping masks the RS a little allowing the harmony to show and it seems more kabinett in weight with lighter mouthfeel. Very good and I plan to wait a while to circle back to this.
