Saturday, March 21, 2015 - Popped and poured at a Tuscan restaurant. We had originally bought this as a "cooking Barolo" (for Brasato al Barolo, a PA Chairman's special). While cooking with it, it tasted good enough to buy some for drinking. Typical Nebbiolo color. Nice nose, red fruit and spice. A bit acidic out of the bottle, but smoothed out with air. Really good with the food. Probably gone from the state stores, but would buy more if we could find it.
