Friday, September 3, 2010 - Opaque robe, thin brick disc. Great nose; cassis/blueberries violets, plenty of cedar, some animal, iodine. Interesting, enjoyable. Sweet cassis on the palate, not quite as complex, a little sharp acidity. Somewhat horsey, earthy - a nice kind of stink - with some air. Tannic, rough around the edges.

3.5-4/5 and I think this is at peak now.
