Tuesday, May 16, 2023 - Med ruby with garnet-brown hue. Nose of raisins, dried red fruit nose, sweet spice, resin/eucalyptus(?)Dry, high acidity, med(+) tannin, medium alcohol and medium(+) body. Rich juicy mouthfeel with baked red fruits, cherry jam minerality, earth, savory palate pepper,
Long slightly puckering finish. Complex, structured and restraint, elegant and seducing.
