Friday, January 5, 2007 - Initially, this was completely closed. Thin, watery and very uninspiring. An hour in the glass helped the nose immensely and notes of cassis, cedar and sunwarmed stones came out. Decent finish and quite a bit of tannins. Better on day 2 with a creamy texture and soft, sweet fruit. 87 pts on day 1, but the score ends on 88 due to the final improvements overnight.
